In a city where waimai is so widespread that you’re ordering it at least once a day, a healthy variant of this service should not be missed.
There are many restaurants that include healthy choices in their menus, but there are also some of them that focus on this lifestyle.
This is the case of 沙拉轻食 where you can order salads or wraps, but if you’re following a special diet you can create your own salad and they indicate the calories of each plate. My favourite is the smoked salmon, amazing!
The well known Wagas where you can find all sort of healthy food, like salads, wraps, sandwiches, pasta and also Asian–inspired plates. Absolutely one of my favourite cafes in town.
For all the Chinese food lovers looking for healthy options, you simply have to try 后素轻食沙拉. There you have a great chose of rice with vegetables and meat, together with some salads.
If you’re studying at Yuquan or Zijingan campus you may know Italian Pizza. Pizza may not be a super healthy and low calorie meal, but they also have delicious Greek and Ceasar salads, not to mention the bruschetta and sandwiches.
So if you’re stuck in the office and don’t have much time for lunch or going back home late for your dinner you now have no excuse to keep up the healthy lifestyle even when buying your meal on 饿了吗!
